Before organising a collection, please check what we collect and assist us by only giving us what we collect.
When you’re ready to organise a collection, please complete the form below and we will contact you shortly.
Please leave any collections on your doorstep and undercover, as we prefer not to go inside to collect donations. Bags need to weigh less than 8kg. Please note NO BOXES thank you.
- Towels, Hand Towels, Blankets
- Patterned doona covers only
- Canned and packaged pet food
- As new or near new: Pet collars, Leads, Pet toys
- Small baby items: Baby clothing and children's clothing
- Nappies, Baby wipes, New or near new toys, Children's books
- Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Deodorant, New toothbrushes, Hand lotion
- Medium size handbags, makeup, toiletries. Women's personal hygiene products
- Mattress protectors, Bath mats, Doonas, Pillows
- Cushions or anything containing stuffing

- Pet beds (unless brand new), Pet cages
- Opened pet food (all pet food donations must be new and sealed)
